I am currently employed at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen where I work as a Server. This position is one where I served as a
bridge for the consumer in consistent communication with a diverse group of people. One thing that this job has taught and is still teaching me communication, working under pressure, and time management. When times arise where multiple tables are set at once both of these things are crucial for customer satisfaction.

Metro Shoe Warehouse – Tulsa and Norman
During my time at Metro Shoe Warehouse I was a Sales Associate. It was a commission based position where my sole purpose was to convince customers to buy a product. I gained a vast amount of knowledge about, people, body language, and conversing during my time and learned, once again, what being a bridge between the consumer and service or product was.

I worked under the food and works program at the University of Oklahoma. This program allowed me to work 16 hours per
week and fully pay off all of my room and board for my freshmen year.

Appliance Solutions – Tulsa
During my time at Appliance Solutions, I worked as a Delivery Assistant where my duties included anything from helping to install
an appliance to talking down an upset customer if he/she was upset for one of any uncountable reasons. I also served in the
Customer Service Department where I would talk to customers and schedule service repairs. Both tasks required brisk but clear
communication with often upset customers which in turn forced me to develop stronger organization and communication skills.
